Villa Tiziana is situated in the green Tuscan countryside, surrounded by fields and vineyards. The city of Arezzo can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. The main feature is the porch that overlooks the swimming pool with views of the surrounding hills. At the main entrance there is a lovely loggia with comfortable armchairs, tables and decorative statues. The interiors have been made with talent and taste by the owners, two young antiquarians who were able to create a special atmosphere of lights, colours, antique furniture and paintings, carpets and colored walls in total harmony. On the ground floor there are three different spaces: the hall with a delicious sitting area with fireplace and Satellite TV, the reading room and a spacious dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hobs, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle. Upstairs the 6 double bedrooms, all with private bathroom and each in a different colour. Air conditioning in the rooms only. Outside around the pool a large garden with plants and statues, equipped with umbrellas and chairs, shower area with toilet and laundry. A barbeque, wood burning oven for baking pizzas, sink and worktop.
