This beautiful villa in the countryside near Arezzo, the art city with Etruscan origins, came from the renovation of a seventeenth-century structure (the works were completed in 2003.) The house overlooks a large green spaces and the woods and it is certainly the ideal place for enjoying the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. Through the beautiful porch overlooking the valley, we enter this very well equipped, very comfortable and cozy villa, whose walls are made in stones, the ceilings with beams respect the typical Tuscan architectural style. The ground floor is made up with a large dining room with fireplace decorated. Through the dining room we enter the very well equipped kitchen with industrial appliances (6 burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, big fridge) and the large veranda with garden furniture for "al fresco" lunches and dinners, admiring the evocative landscape. Also on the ground floor there are two relax rooms, where guests can read a good book, and three service bathrooms. From the main entrance, there is a staircase going upstairs to the first floor where there are six bedrooms, all with private bath: 4 double bedrooms, 1 room with French bed, and 1 big room with fireplace, sofa bed and loft with double bed. Each room is equipped with satellite TV, safe, mini-bar and hairdryer. The owners of this beautiful structure live quite close, in a house completely separate from the main villa and are at disposal of the guests to arrange the breakfast or a typical Tuscan dinner (always on request.) The pool, located far from the house of the owners and in a quiet and panoramic corner, is for the guests only.
